Who we are

Bask (operated by BASKAI, Inc.) is an AI fitness coaching application currently in pre-launch. Our website is baskai.app. You can contact us at hello@baskai.app.

What data we collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect:

• Your email address
• The page you came from (referrer URL), if available
• The date and time of your signup

We do not collect your name, location, payment information, or any other personal data at this stage.

Why we collect it

We collect your email address solely to:

• Notify you when Bask is ready for early access
• Send you relevant pre-launch updates

The legal basis for this processing is your consent, given when you submit your email address to our waitlist.

How we store your data

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider. Data is stored on servers within the European Union. We use Resend to send transactional emails. Both services are GDPR-compliant.

How long we keep your data

We keep your email address until you request deletion or until Bask launches and you choose not to continue. We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw your consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

Cookies and analytics

We use Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. These tools collect anonymised usage data such as page views and session duration. No personally identifiable information is shared with these services.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Bask develops. Any significant changes will be communicated to waitlist members by email.
